kimberly skok: I am an Independent Beachbody Coach and my services are FREE! I can guide you through your fitness journey, suggest the right program for you to start with, let you know that you DO NOT have to starve your self to lose weight, and so many other awesome things I have learned through out reaching my fitness goal. Did I mention my services are FREE! I entered my 40s at 172 pounds! That's a lot of weight for someone who only stands 5'3! I knew the older I got the harder it would be to take off the extra pounds. So I started working out and TRYING to eat better, but I found out the hard way you can't out exercise a bad diet. It took me about 3 months to break 170 and platue at 165. The next 3 months I gained and lost the same 5 pounds never breaking 160. Finally I pulled myself together and joined a FABULOUS challenge group, started eating right and working out regularly (Turbo Jam, ChaLEAN Extreme and Turbo Fire are my favs!) and guess what happened? In one month I lost 8 pounds and 17 inches!!! Check out my before and current pictures if you need proof...and please ask me how I did it! I love share my story and helping others get fit!
